VeroLab scans each bean and turns visible defects, screen size, and color into a quality record your team can inspect, compare, and share.

- Accurate results
- Rapid analysis
- Sharable records

## One sample in. A shared record out.

VeroLab scans each bean and turns visible defects, screen size, and color into a quality record your team can inspect, compare, and share.

- **Views per bean: 360°.** Each bean is captured all the way around, and every view feeds the final result.
- **Sample size: Up to 500 g.** From a few beans to a complete grading sample.
- **Typical analysis time: 5 minutes.** Typical analysis time for a standard sample.
- **Grading protocols: Multiple protocols.** SCA, COB, NY, GCA are currently supported.

## A result you can open.

- Click into any defect category and see the actual beans behind it. Review all bean views, the confidence scores, and the final label.
- When a bean is ambiguous, the uncertainty does not disappear behind a final number. Your team can see it, discuss it, and provide feedback.

## More than a defect count.

Every analysis becomes a structured record that can support quality, operational, and commercial decisions.

### Screen sizes

Bean count, percentage, and estimated weight for each screen-size group.

### Visible defects

Good and defective bean counts, percentages, estimated weights, and protocol conversion.

### Color

RGB and CIELAB information for the complete sample and each defect category.

### Calculated properties

Calculated bean volume, with estimated weight and density.

## Load. Scan. Know what is in the sample.

### Register

Add the sample ID, origin, processing method, weight, and other relevant information on the touchscreen or in the web application.

### Scan

Load the beans. VeroLab separates them and captures a 360° view of each one.

### Review

Open the completed record, inspect individual beans, export the result, or compare it with another sample.

### Integrate

With an integration, sample information can be delivered directly into your ERP or internal system.

## Quality data should travel with the coffee.

Keep offer, pre-shipment, and arrival samples connected. Compare changes in screen-size distribution, visible defects, and color without losing the evidence behind the numbers.

### Link the samples

Use the sample ID or select records manually.

### See what changed

Review differences in defects, size, color, and estimated weight.

### Share the record

Use the result in internal reviews, supplier discussions, or claims documentation.

Sample comparison supports professional review. It does not claim to prove that two samples are identical or that fraud has occurred.

## Different decisions. The same evidence.

### Producers and exporters

Check finished green coffee before shipment and identify deviations while there is still time to act.

- Finished-product checks
- Processing control
- Pre-shipment records
- Buyer specifications

### Importers and traders

Verify whether incoming coffee matches the grade purchased and document supplier discussions with bean-level evidence.

- Arrival checks
- Sample comparison
- Claims
- Supplier monitoring

### Roasters and Q Labs

Move repetitive grading out of the cupping bottleneck and keep Q Graders on sensory work.

- Incoming checks
- Physical grading before cupping
- Consistent internal criteria

## Built to fit the lab you already have.

VeroLab is a tabletop device approximately the size of a small printer. The standard package includes a scale and barcode scanner. Connect it to power and Wi-Fi, complete the remotely supported setup, and start scanning.

- **Dimensions: 38 × 34 × 24 cm.**
- **Weight: 15 kg.**
- **Sample size: 1 g to 500 g.**
- **Power: 110 V and 220 V.**
- **Connectivity: Wi-Fi and local-network operation.**
- **Installation: No additional equipment needed.**

The device runs an automated cleaning cycle after every sample. Manual cleaning is generally required every two to three months, depending on sample volume and dustiness.

## Tell us how you grade. We’ll make the offer.

- Tell us where VeroLab will be used, how many samples you analyze, which grading protocols you follow, and which systems or services you need.
- We will review the request and send a formal modular offer by email.
