/sample validation

Send us five samples.
We will grade them with you.

The standard validation covers up to five representative samples at no charge. It is the part of the process where you find out whether VeroLab reads your coffee the way your team does.

/how it works

Four steps, roughly two weeks.

01

Send the offer request first

The protocols you grade against and the defects you care about come from that form. Without them we would be grading your coffee against assumptions.

02

We send shipping instructions

We will send you shipping instructions by email: the address and the customs paperwork. Please wait for them before sending any coffee, since a parcel that arrives unannounced can sit in customs.

03

You ship the samples

Up to five samples, 300–350 g each where possible. Tell us the sample ID, origin, processing method and the grade you expect.

04

We review the results together

You get the full records, and we walk through the disagreements with your quality team rather than sending a number and leaving.

/what to send

What makes a sample useful.

Quantity 300–350 g per sample where possible. The device handles 1 g to 500 g.
Choice Coffees that are representative of what you grade daily.
Context Sample ID, origin, processing method, and the grade you would give it.
Disagreements Where your graders disagree. Those are the most valuable samples.
/what you get back

Everything behind every number.

You get the complete VeroLab sample result for every coffee you send, down to the bean-level images with each view and its confidence score, converted into the grading protocol your team already works with.

Then we go through it with you: the disagreements and the edge cases that matter, an initial assessment of how well your methodology and the model line up, and a clear split between what is standard configuration and what would be custom work.

/your next step

Where you are in this.
