The protocols you grade against and the defects you care about come from that form. Without them we would be grading your coffee against assumptions.
The standard validation covers up to five representative samples at no charge. It is the part of the process where you find out whether VeroLab reads your coffee the way your team does.

We will send you shipping instructions by email: the address and the customs paperwork. Please wait for them before sending any coffee, since a parcel that arrives unannounced can sit in customs.
Up to five samples, 300–350 g each where possible. Tell us the sample ID, origin, processing method and the grade you expect.
You get the full records, and we walk through the disagreements with your quality team rather than sending a number and leaving.
You get the complete VeroLab sample result for every coffee you send, down to the bean-level images with each view and its confidence score, converted into the grading protocol your team already works with.
Then we go through it with you: the disagreements and the edge cases that matter, an initial assessment of how well your methodology and the model line up, and a clear split between what is standard configuration and what would be custom work.
It takes a few minutes, and it carries the grading questions we need. Tick "yes" when it asks whether you would like to send samples, and the shipping instructions arrive with the offer.
The offer and the shipping instructions reach you by email within 48 hours of the request. If it has been longer than that, tell us and we will find out what happened.
